STRAIGHT TALK:  About Individualized Funding in Ontario

There are all kinds of changes underway with what the province calls ” Direct Funding”.  Some of the changes are welcome, and other changes are not.

Straight Talk was a gathering of families held to discuss what is working, what is not working and what can be done about it.

Conversation was facilitated by Judith McGill, Executive Director, Families for a Secure Future and LifePath Training

“The next step is the first step.” – Judith Snow, March 2013

Important Words

"THERE REALLY IS NO DISABILITY: People are always contributing something. The work is to see the value and potential in what they are contributing and build that through relationships into community and economic opportunities." Judith Snow
